Our objective is to establish and operate an efficient, effective, and affordable heating and cooling network in collaboration with local partners. We achieve this goal through a project-oriented approach focused on finding the optimal solution for local conditions, while considering potential changes that may occur during operations. Despite this project-based approach, our guiding principle is that 5GDHC systems should be built using standardized modules to minimize implementation and operational costs.
As a financing partner in the heating company, we have a vested interest in successful operations and thus a well-developed and implemented 5GDHC system. In other words, this means we are actively involved throughout all three project phases:
Development phase
The development phase of a heating network is complex with many stakeholders and in a frequently changing environment. We are integral experts and take all aspects (regulations, technology, financing, governance, participation, scalability, affordability) into account, in structuring, planning and organizing the most efficient local solution, and in close cooperation with the local parties.
Realisation phase
Our fast turnaround times set us apart: pre-financing allows us to start construction quickly. This, combined with our advanced project management and technical expertise, ensures an efficient and precise realization. In addition, our focus is on transparent cooperation with all parties involved, from contractors to end users.
Operating phase
In the operating phase, our focus is on optimisation and sustainable management. We go beyond traditional network management by continuously investing in the monitoring and customization of the system to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum disruption. We are ready with a 24/7 support team to ensure that our customers can always count on reliable and effective management of their heating and cooling supply.
